It is also known to stimulate circulation, clear problem skin and heal blemishes.
Lavender, Rosemary, Eucalyptus & Peppermint Pure Essential Oils - chosen for their anti inflammatory, pain relieving and circulation improving properties. They also create a deeply soothing and relaxing soak.

Available in biodegradable kraft pouch. Many kraft 'paper' pouches are actually made from a mixed material (plastic film lined / plastic seal), making them difficult to recycle. We have searched extensively, and have sourced a FULLYBIODEGRADABLE pouch, that will completely biodegrade in 66 days including the lining, seal and outer materials!! We also only use uncoated paper labels for all of our products, so this pouch is ready to pop straight in your green waste :)

Add 2-4 handfuls to your bath for a relaxing soak, add half a pouch if you've had a heavy gym session, or empty the whole pouch into the bath after extreme exercise (e.g completing a marathon).
